Introduction

SWC-FR1020 is a halogen-free flame retardant which is suitable for use in both thermoplastic and thermoset applications. It’s a white, fine-grained powder based on Diethylphosphinic acid, Aluminum salt.

SWC-FR1020 is a halogen-free flame retardant with a high phosphorus content

- Particle size is designed to be fine (D95≤20µm, D95 of SWC-FR1010 is 10µm max), can easily be dispersed in polymerization resin system (Epoxy laminate etc...)

- Good hydrolysis resistance, insoluble in water and common organic solvents (Acetone, MEK, Toluene etc)

- High temperature-resistant, decomposition temperature is more than ≥350℃

The product is widely used In fire-retardant area for thermoplastic plastic & thermosetting plastics, fiber and textile. Etc Daicel, nylon, epoxy resin, polyester(PET,PBT). It can be used lonely, or it is better if mixed with other fire-retardant products, like melamine pyrophosphate, melamine cyanurate.

Application

SWC-FR1020 can be used alone, or in combination with other flame retardants.

-Epoxy resin sealant, 3L-FCCL, FFC, RCC, PCB etc, which have a high requirement of halogen-free, lead-free, anti-hydrolysis, non-volatile, non-migratory.

-Special cable, melt adhesive, and some thin-walled narrow-section electronic materials,

which have a high requirement of good surface, good dispersity, natural color, halogen-free, anti-hydrolysis, non-volatile, non-migratory.

-TPE-E, SEBS, EVA, PET, PBT, etc. which have a requirement of good surface, good dispersity, good touch, high temperature-resistant, anti-hydrolysis.
